Future Outlook
At the Japan Desk, we completed the relocation of our system servers from our Hong Kong headquarters to Tokyo in the autumn of 2025. This transition has significantly enhanced our information security and strengthened the stability of communications with our domestic and international partners.
We are currently preparing for the full-scale launch of our proprietary Western-style Trade Assistant “Yuri”, scheduled to commence operations at our Tokyo office in 2026. In addition, we are planning to establish an AI-based call center that supports both English and Japanese, further enhancing our international trade support capabilities.
Meanwhile, financial transactions and settlement operations related to trade will continue to be handled through our established network of financial institutions in Hong Kong, with our Hong Kong entity remaining the primary hub for such activities. Furthermore, our Chinese-style Trade Assistant “Ive”, also developed in-house, will continue to provide services from our Hong Kong base.
Going forward, our Hong Kong and Japan offices will work in close collaboration to advance the sophistication and efficiency of international trade support through AI-driven innovation.
