How We Handle Inquiries

  • Human follow-up: The Japan Desk reviews form submissions and coordinates with Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Philippine desks.
  • Office hours: Japan Desk staff respond during business hours (Mon–Fri 10:00–17:00 JST, excluding Japanese public holidays).
